Welcome, Mama, I'm really glad you're here.

To this space, I bring over two decades of experience in the fields of health, wellness, and integrative therapies.

I hold a Master’s degree in Health Administration and have trained across more than fifteen specialties and modalities — from transformational parenting and children’s meditation to yoga, shamanism, and energy medicine. Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients and have led retreats, workshops, and women’s circles in a wide range of settings.

And still — that’s not what I’m here to lead with.

Because credentials don’t raise children.

The true test of someone’s ability to lead comes from walking the path — living their truth — and alchemizing lived experience into wisdom that can be shared with others.

This has been my heroine’s journey.

A path of deep commitment to my spirituality.

A journey of self-love, devotion, and remembering — while navigating the sacred, humbling role of raising the four humans I’ve brought into this world.

I’m extending my hand to you because I want you to know, as a mother, how much power you hold.

I believe — deeply — that together we can change the world.

My path is about reclaiming the sacred in everyday moments, and helping you do the same—with your children, your rhythm, your truth.

I’m a Generator with Emotional Authority (Human Design) With Mercury in Virgo in the 6th house, I’m here to bring sacredness to the structure of everyday life. I find the divine in routines, healing in rhythm, and magic in the mess. I help families infuse the ordinary with deep intentionality.

Astrologically, I carry a Virgo Sun, Taurus Moon, and Aries Rising. I serve through grounded wisdom, emotional steadiness, and intuitive leadership. I bring calm where there is chaos, and boldness where truth needs a voice. My energy is both nurturing and activating—holding space while helping you move forward.

Through the lens of the Gene Keys, I carry the Gift of Resolve (Gene Key 40) —to rest, to lead from fullness, and to embody healthy boundaries. My Evolution (Gene Key 37) invites softness, unity, and heart-centered family. With the Radiance of Gene Key 63, I offer clarity in the unknown.
